Patients can remove and replace them to eat, drink, brush, and floss, and wear them at least 20 – 22 hours a day to achieve the results they desire. Invisalign aligners are comfortable, easy to care for, and require fewer appointments. This treatment is best for patients with mild to moderate misalignment of the natural smile.
- Traditional metal braces. Those with more severe misalignment may still benefit from traditional metal braces, which use brackets glued to the teeth and wires connecting them to move teeth into a more desirable position. Patients undergo routine treatments to adjust their wires to get the needed results. This is an excellent method to reliably enhance both the function and appearance of the smile.
